A renovated condo in Old City that has lots of character and two private outdoor spaces is on the market for just under $300,000, after recently going to the chopping block.

The two-bedroom, one-bath condo is located on the ground floor of Olde City Place Condominiums at N. 4th and Race streets. The 1,158-square-foot unit originally listed for $309,900 at the start of December.

Given its location on the lower level, the condo is lacking in the window department. But all the natural light and fresh air can be had on the unit’s two private patios, one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom, which also boasts a skylight.

There’s a lot of character throughout, from exposed beams and stone walls in the living room to exposed brick in the bedrooms. The hardwoods are new, too.

The asking price of the condo is $299,900, with $398 monthly HOA fees.
