A lovely, renovated home has come to the market, offering just the right amount of charm and space for a home located in booming Fishtown.

Behind the brick facade of the home at 1324 E. Susquehanna Street hides 1,493 square feet of space, all of which has undergone a recent makeover. On the first floor, wide-plank hardwood floors add some extra warmth to the sunny living room and dining room, while the kitchen in the back features new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The staircase is tucked away off the dining room, resembling a Trinity-style spiral, which lead to the home’s three bedrooms and one full bathroom (another half bath is in the basement). The bedrooms are all decently sized, and one of them features built-in storage in its closet.

Another big perk to the home besides its location and recent renovation is that it has outdoor space. Or, as the listing calls it, a “humongous rear patio.” Indeed, the patio is quite deep, though at the very end there’s a spot reserved for some urban gardening.

The asking price of the home is $375,000.
