Welcome back to Pricespotter! Yesterday, we asked Curbed readers to guess the asking price of a 2-bedroom, 1-bath Trinity in Northern Liberties, decked out head to toe in bold colors and wacky wallpaper. How much does a home with peacock-painted ceilings cost these days?

Poll results from the reader weigh-in revealed that while $315K sounded much too expensive, somewhere closer to $300K was probably about right. About 36 percent—the majority—of readers assumed that the home’s current asking price is $319,900.

Close, but not quite. The current price tag on this Trinity is $289,000.

If there’s any consolation, $319,900 was what the 1,059-square-foot home originally listed for in November 2016. It’s since undergone a couple of slight price chops.
