A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at 220 Rittenhouse has hit the market for $715,000 after undergoing a major facelift.

The 1,351-square-foot condo is almost unrecognizable from when it last sold in 2014 for $410,000. The parquet flooring has been replaced with walnut, and what used to be a dated galley kitchen is now an upgraded gourmet version that opens to the main living area.

There are other nice details in the bedrooms, too, like a sliding barn door in front of an desk nook, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a built-in TV-storage unit in living room. The custom shade blinds are likely a must, too, since the condo faces south, west, and north.

In addition to the $715K price tag, the HOA fees will set the future owner of this unit $1,231 a month. That includes things like heat, electric, AC, basic cable, and extra storage. Dog- and cat-owners will have to look elsewhere, though: The building doesn’t allow pets.
