A historic Trinity in Rittenhouse Square is on the market for just under $500,000, and it offers two full bathrooms—a rarity for these types of homes.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property has a lot going for it. For one, it’s bigger than the typical Trinity, clocking in at a reasonable 1,200 square feet. That includes a back patio with an outdoor ceiling fan.

The home, which is listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places, has also been recently renovated, which means the basement kitchen is brand new, as are the bathrooms, electric, plumbing, and central AC.

And then there’s the home’s location. It’s located at 17th and Manning, which puts it one block from Rittenhouse Square. The Trinity is surrounded by other homes and condos for sale with $2 million-plus price tags, so it’s safe to say that this is one of the most affordable properties for sale in the neighborhood.
