A 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Queen Village has hit the market for just under $1 million after undergoing a makeover, revealing a new kitchen, paint job, and master bathroom.

The home last sold in 2012 for $615,000. For the most part, the home was left structurally intact; the nice sunken living room and fireplaces were left in the renovations. But a number of cosmetic changes have really transformed the main living area, from the refinished hardwood floors to the paint jobs. The kitchen has all new appliances and cabinetry, too.

Other behind-the-scenes upgrades include new LED lights, a whole house humidifier, and a new electrical system.

Aside from the home’s facelift, what’s really nice about the 2,589-square-foot property is that although it’s a rowhome, it still gets plenty of light throughout, thanks to the big windows throughout the home. The dining room has sliding doors that open to a small back porch, and below there’s another spacious backyard patio.

The asking price of this home is $949,900.
