One of the most expensive properties for sale in Philly is now a bit cheaper after chopping $700,000 off its price tag, bringing its price tag down to a cool $5 million.

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo in the Ayer, which was originally home to the nation’s oldest advertising firm, originally listed for $5.7 million in September 2016. That made it the eighth most expensive home for sale in the city in December.

Clocking in at 5,086 square feet, the condo is a corner unit with a deck that looks over Washington Square. Along with the outdoor space, the property comes with plenty of perks: There’s a bulthaup b3-designed kitchen, a three parking spaces, and two home offices, which both feature warm wood built-ins.

Basically, the condo’s setup means that the owner(s) would never have to leave home. There’s even a golf simulator room and a home gym where you could burn off some steam after working from one of the two offices.

Perhaps the smaller price tag will help offset the condo’s other fees. Taxes come out to $11,594 a year and HOA fees are $5,923 a month.
