Welcome back to Pricespotter, Curbed’s guessing game. This week we asked readers to guess the price tag on a cozy Fishtown home with three bedrooms. What is a 1,442-square-foot home going for these days in the booming neighborhood?

The answer: $315,000.

This round of Pricespotter failed to stump readers, since nearly 41 percent of folks made the correct guess. The second most popular guess was $385,000, suggesting that perhaps the $315K is a pretty good deal.

And heads up: There’s an open house for this home at 832 Almond Street on Sunday, February 5 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
