A Rittenhouse Square condo has hit the market for the reasonable price of $375,000. That price tag nabs a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath home that clocks in at an impressive 1,503 square feet in a historic building.

The condo is located in the Beaux-Arts style Belgravia building, which is also called the Peale House. It dates back to the early 1800s and was originally a hotel. It’s listed on both the National and Philadelphia Register of Historic Places.

Like rest of the hotel-turned-condo building, the 1-bedroom unit is a lesson in old-world charm. The impressively spacious living area is lined with custom wood millwork, with the kitchen looking out to the seating area. The dark wood is offset by the room’s tall windows, which both have deep sills for sitting.

The marble mosaic-tiled floors in this room are also original, similar to those found in the building’s recently renovated lobby. The bedroom, meanwhile, is carpeted and has a full bathroom off to the side.

In addition to the $375,000 price tag, monthly HOA fees come out to $1,288. To give you an idea of what you’re working with, a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in the same building is also on the market for $539K.
