For this week’s Pricespotter, we’re taking a look at this colorful Trinity in Northern Liberties. The neighborhood’s boom has steadily chilled out in that last couple of years, but it’s still not often you see homes for sale that aren’t new builds. This skinny-minnie stands out for its orange-painted walls on the first floor, followed by wacky wallpaper on the upper levels. For a Trinity, though, the full bathroom is pretty spacious, and there’s outdoor space in the back, too.
