A custom-built, detached home with plenty of room to spare has hit the market for $2,450,000, making it the most expensive home currently for sale in Queen Village.

A-Frame Constructs in Fishtown is responsible for much of the design and construction of the 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home, which was built in 2015 and sits on Fitzwater Street next to a string of colonial rowhomes.

Listing agent Jeff Block calls the 3,500-square-foot property “amazing,” and says that it’s located in an “almost hidden courtyard off of a quiet street.”

The home was designed with an emphasis on natural light, as evidenced by the main living area. There’s a two-story foyer and living room that opens to the large kitchen and dining area. A wall of sliding doors then open to home’s 34-foot by 19-foot back patio.

The four bedrooms take up the second and third levels of the home, and there’s space for another family room and a roof deck with a hot tub, too. Got guests? There’s a separate, one-bedroom glass structure on the property.
