We marveled over this Frank Weise-designed home in Rittenhouse Square when it first listed in June 2016. But after just a few months on the market, it was de-listed. Now, the three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is back with a slightly smaller price tag of $599,900.
The 1,300-square-foot home was designed by Weise, who in his early years worked for Louis Kahn and George Howe and went onto design a long list of modern homes and developments throughout the city.
There are plenty of custom-designed details worth pointing out, including the built-in benches in the dining area and the three-story windows at the rear, which make for a light-and-airy home.
The home is located at 2018 Waverly Street, which means it’s located in Rittenhouse Square, but just on the edge of Fitler Square. We’ll see if the $15,500 pricechop helps it find a buyer.
