Converted carriage house in Bella Vista asks $450K

Multiple outdoor areas and cozy living spaces

As Bella Vista continues to bring in new, high-end homes to its charming neighborhood, here’s a sight for sore eyes—if you can find it: A 2-bedroom, 1-bath converted carriage house tucked away on a cobblestone street.

The 1,296-square-foot property hides on the rear side of 6th Street, so just on the edge of Bella Vista. It’s all sorts of charming, starting with the two double front doors that open to the living room. Here, there are exposed beams and warm hardwood floors. A step up leads to the dining room, where the hardwood floors continue and are coupled with wood-paneled ceilings.

The staircase hides away in the kitchen, leading up to the second story and the two bedrooms. Up here, things get a little interesting: The master bedroom has French doors that open to a tiny patio, which probably makes it feel like the home belongs in a tiny village in Europe. Meanwhile, the smaller, second bedroom has a window cut-out to the hallway. There’s also access to a pretty big roof deck right off this level, too.

The asking price of this home is $450,000.
