Queen Village (1 bed, 1 bath)—This Queen Village apartment is located in a walk-up, and looks like it gets lots of light through those big living room windows. The kitchen is new, there’s central AC, and it has a dishwasher and in-unit laundry. Sorry, but no pets.

Brewerytown (1 bed, 1 bath)—This 750-square-foot unit is located in a new build right on Girard Avenue in Brewerytown. It looks just right for folks who prefer more sleek or modern living over Philly’s historic buildings. There’s in-unit laundry, too, but no word on pets.

Manayunk (1 bed, 1 bath)—Here’s another apartment located in a walk-up, although it’s located on the first floor. Looks like there are some nice details: There’s built-in storage in the bedroom closet, wide-plank hardwood floors, and deep window sills. Laundry is in-unit, but no word on pets.

Spruce Hill (1 bed, 1 bath)—Over in Spruce Hill, this 650-square-foot apartment is technically a 1-bedroom, but it does come with an extra office-den. There’s a big bay window in the living room that looks over a neighborhood bird sanctuary. Laundry is shared in the basement, but sorry, no pets.

Rittenhouse Square (Studio, 1 bath)—The $1,350/monthly studios at the Latham, a hotel-turned-apartment building, are definitely cozy, ranging between 316 and 330 square feet. The good news is that there’s shared outdoor space, laundry, and a fitness center. But also: No pets.
