There’s a lot to like in this contemporary home, from its location just 10 miles outside of Philly city limits to the 1.5 acres of land that come with the property. But the real winner is the home’s main living space, accented by a wall of windows that floods the room with light.

The 3,719-square-foot home was built in 1990, although the interiors are anything but dated. The living room is warm and inviting with its hardwood floors and exposed beams. As we pointed out, the whole space is flooded with light from all angles, from the windows in the living room as well as the sliding glass doors in the kitchen.

Same goes for the master suite, which is located on the first floor as well and has its own stone fireplace and access to an outdoor patio. The second level features three more bedrooms, each with walk-in closets.

The asking price of this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is $867,000.
