Another Mixed-Use Project Coming to South and Broad
The project, called Lincoln Square, will be developed by Alterra Property Group and MIS Capital, LLC. It calls for an 8-story, 356-unit apartment building and 74,000 square feet of retail at 1000-20 S. Broad Street.
