A historic home located at 237 S. Quince Street has hit the market, which means you can now live on what Curbed readers hailed as one of the most beautiful streets in Philly.

But it’ll cost a pretty penny to live in such a pretty location: The 1,103-square-foot home comes with a $485,000 price tag.

The details: Like all of the homes on Quince Street, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath property is certified historic. In fact, listing agent Philip Cavalcanto says it may be one of the only homes on the block that has a historic plaque on its exterior.

And while it may look short and stout from the outside, inside it feels much larger, according to the listing. It has a Trinity-style setup, though it’s definitely bigger than your typical Trinity. The first floor layout features a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a galley kitchen. A spiral, wooden staircase leads to the second floor, with a tight bedroom, bathroom, and office. There’s also a loft space on the third floor.

There’s certainly work to be done here, but without a doubt the home still offers a lot of authenticity for its idyllic location.

There is an open house on Sunday, April 30 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
