Everyone’s favorite way to view world-class art for free is returning to Philly. Inside Out, the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s seasonal outdoor gallery program, will take to the streets again on May 15 for the summer and fall season.
This is the art program’s third year, and the museum has announced that it will set up its artwork in some new neighborhoods this time around. For the summer season, which runs from May 15 through mid-August, Inside Out will be on display in East Passyunk and Manayunk. Media, Pennsylvania and Haddonfield, New Jersey will also participate in this year’s summer program.
Come fall, the outdoor galleries will be on display in Brewerytown and Old City, as well as in Glenside and Lansdowne.
Here’s the complete list of where each reproduction of a museum masterpiece will be on display in East Passyunk and Manayunk, including notable sites like the Bok Building, Pat’s Steaks, and the Manayunk Canal Towpath.
