A penthouse condo in Old City has hit the market, and while its interiors are pretty sweet, it’s the epic roof deck that has us dreaming of summer days.
The outdoor space is bigger than most apartments, measuring 1,000 square feet alone. There are 360-degree views of the Ben Franklin Bridge, which is basically the condo’s next-door neighbor, and back toward Center City.
The broker babble describes the whole condo as having a “Brooklyn style,” though we’re not exactly sure what that means. But no doubt it’s definitely a chic and spacious.

The entire penthouse clocks in at a spacious 3,435 square feet, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It’s a bi-level abode, and looks like it gets a ton of natural light in every single room.
All that indoor and outdoor space will cost a pretty penny: The condo is on the market for $899,000, with $592 monthly HOA fees.
