Another midcentury modern by noted architect Robert McElroy that hides away in the woods of Newtown Square in Delaware County has hit the market for just under $800,000.

Like most of the homes designed by McElroy, this 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath home was built among the trees on 1.45 acres of land, and is shrouded by trees. But perhaps the real kicker is that the property has its own waterfall in the back.

In general, the 3,597-square-foot home has all of the architectural details one comes to expect in a McElroy design: Vaulted ceilings, big windows that boast views of the landscape, and a large deck (seriously: It wraps around nearly the entire home).

The home has had some upgrades since it was built in the 1970s, including an addition that made space for a half bath and a master suite.

The asking price of this home is on the market for $775,000. There’s an open house on Sunday, May 21 from 1 to 3 p.m.
