Welcome back to Pricespotter! This week we asked you to guess the asking price of this recently updated Trinity in Queen Village. What does a brick rowhome with a surprising amount of storage go for these days?
Apparently, more than you’d think. Results from our poll came in, with the majority 35 percent guessing that the home has a $325,000 asking price. Another 23 percent low-balled the price tag even more, opting for $299,900.
The 2-bedroom, 1-bath home’s actual asking: $339,900.
To be fair, the home is 960 square feet, which is much bigger than your typical Trinity. And many of the key rooms—the kitchen and one bathroom, namely—have been recently updated.
The home is located at 803 S. Leithgow Street, and there’s an open house on Saturday, May 20 from 1 to 3 p.m. Let’s have another look!
