This Logan Square project has yet to break ground, but the first of 10 homes in the NOVO Philly townhouse development has hit the market for pre-sale with an asking price of $2,625,000.

The news that 10 extra-wide townhomes were coming to Logan Square was first announced in late February. The response was a mixed, with some expressing surprise and others lamenting the size of the townhomes (or “McMansions,” as some called them).

Like all of the townhomes, this 5-bedroom, 6-bath property that’s listed for pre-sale is five stories and measures in at 28 feet by 38 feet. It’s a roomy 5,230-square-foot home that includes a garage that has room for not one, not two, but three cars.

The NOVO Philly townhome development is across the street from the Mormon Temple.

The new owners will have to wait at least a year before moving into the new digs. Construction is expected to start on NOVO Philly soon, and the first set of homes, including this townhome, should deliver by summer 2018.
