With options in Fishtown, Graduate Hospital, and more

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a dive into the options available for a certain price point in various Philly neighborhoods. Is one person's loft another person’s townhouse? Let's find out! Today's price: $2,500/month.

Fishtown (4 beds, 2 baths)—A monthly rent of $2,500 goes far in Fishtown, where this entire rowhome is available for rent. The 1,494-square-foot property was recently updated, and there’s definitely a lot of character within its walls. There’s also in-unit laundry and a backyard. Pets are welcome, but it’ll cost you a deposit ($500/dog and $250/cat).

South Broad (2 beds, 2 baths)—A 2-bedroom, 1,350-square-foot apartment in the new Armory Lofts on South Broad is up for grabs. The listing reveals big, expansive windows in the large living area, as well as a private balcony. Some perks about the new building: There’s keyless entry, and a community roof deck. No fitness center, but you do get a discount to a local gym if you live here.

Graduate Hospital (2 beds, 2 baths)—For $2,500 a month, you can rent this 900-square-foot apartment in the Sanctuary Lofts, located in a converted church in Graduate Hospital. As the name suggests, this is a loft-style apartment, so expect cathedral ceilings and arched windows. Laundry is in-unit and pets are welcome.

Old City (1 bed, 1 bath)—Fancy the boathouse life? This unit in Pier 3 condo building will get you pretty close to it. The recently renovated unit clocks in at 740 square feet, making it the smallest rental on the list, but hey, at least you’ve living on the Delaware River waterfront. The unit also comes with one parking space in the garage.

Logan Square (2 beds, 2 baths)—This price point still manages to go a long way in Logan Square, renting a 908-square-foot apartment in the Arch building. It’s pet-friendly, there’s in-unit laundry, and access to a fitness center and clubhouse. Plus, its location means you’re in walking distance to nearly everything in Center City.
