A lovely three-story twin in West Mt. Airy with plenty of original character and charm is on the market for $329,000.

That price tag buys a 2,208-square-foot home with four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bath. And the good news that all of the hard work—roof replacement, kitchen renovation, and updated electric—has already been taken care of by the current owners.

The home appears to be flooded with light, and the white-washed walls on the first floor let the refinished, original hardwood floors really come through. And there’s no need for bookshelves in this home, an entire wall in the dining room is lined with built-ins.

In addition to the large staircase in the front living room, the updated kitchen features a winding back staircase that also leads to the upper levels of the home. The original details continue here, where the master bedroom is accessed via French doors and the full bathroom features a clawfoot tub.

But while a lot of the legwork has been done on this home, there’s still room for potential. The listing notes that the home is set up for central AC, and there’s the possibility of adding a roof deck, too.
