The design aesthetic and Victorian details in this Spring Garden home are enough to impress any potential homebuyer. But we have to imagine that the ball pit and rock climbing wall will be the tipping point for any family on the hunt for a home in Philly.

A Curbed reader tipped us off to this million-dollar listing at 2124 Mount Vernon, encouraging us to “drop everything you’re doing” and check out the built-in ball pit in this home’s playroom.

The home isn’t just ultra-kid friendly, though. There are plenty of other highlights in the 2,650-square-foot property, which features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bath.

Recently renovated, the home has an interesting layout, with the living room on the first floor and the kitchen located up the curved staircase on the second level. From there, there’s access to a raised, covered deck out back.

The asking price of this home is $1,100,000, which also buys you a one-car parking garage. Prior to renovations, it last sold for $490,000 in 2006.
