Rittenhouse (1 bed, 1 bath)—Details are slim on this 600-square-foot apartment in Rittenhouse, but what we do know is that it’s located in the 1510 Chestnut Apartments building, which has perks like a fitness center and in-unit laundry. This unit is up for grabs for $1,550 a month, and cats are welcome.
Roxborough (3 beds, 1 bath)—$1,500 a month goes a long way up in Roxborough, where this single-family home is looking for a renter(s). The 2,112-square-foot home has room to spare, including a backyard patio and a retro-style kitchen. Only cats welcome, and yes, there’s in-unit laundry. It’s also a short walk from the SEPTA regional rail line.
