Fitler Square, one of the Philly neighborhoods that really turns on the charm, is not lacking in lovely two-story homes. And now, here’s one that’s up for grabs on the 2400 block of Waverly Street.

Like many homes in Fitler Square, the 1,050-square-foot home has tremendous curb appeal, with its dark blue window shutters and planter boxes. Inside, it’s just as lovely. Immediately to the right of the entrance is a fireplace sandwiched by built-in bookcases. Meanwhile, original pine floors lead to the dining area, kitchen, and small, but maintained back yard.

Upstairs, the home’s two sunny bedrooms share a recently renovated full bathroom. In the second, smaller bedroom, the big window seat tucked into the bay window is a nice touch.

If the lack of bedrooms is an issue, it’s worth noting that the basement is finished and could potentially be turned into another bedroom or guest room.

The asking price of this home at 2406 Waverly Street is $575,000.
