Welcome back to Pricespotter! This week, we asked you, dear Curbed readers, to guess the asking price of a sunny, one-bedroom loft in Washington Square West. What exactly does 973 square feet, 12-foot ceilings, and a fireplace go for these days?
Based on the results of our poll, this was an easy one: Forty eight percent of the nearly 200 voters said the asking price was $349,500. Indeed, the condo is listed at that very price, and has spent just 15 days on the market thus far. It’s also worth noting that the monthly HOA fees amount to $318.
Still, about a third of voters guessed a price tag of $325,000.
So what do you think: Is the condo at 1035 Spruce Street asking too high or too low? Let’s have another look.
