Welcome back to Pricespotter, Curbed’s guessing game! Today, we're looking at a tiny one-bedroom rowhome in Fitler Square. Can you guess the asking price? And remember: No cheating!

What/Where: A one-bedroom, one-bath home in Fitler Square

Square footage: 568 square feet

At less than 600 square feet, this two-story home in Fitler Square really tries to pack in the charm. Located on a tree-lined street, you enter on the first floor into a living space that has enough room for a couch, coffee table, and a small dining area in the back with a built-in bookcase, followed by a cute back patio.

Stairs lead you down to the kitchen in the basement, which also manages to squeeze in a good amount of storage, a breakfast nook under the stairs, and in-unit laundry.

The bedroom and surprisingly large bathroom take up the second story of the home, where there are more built-in storage units as well as enough room for a walk-in closet.

In fact, the setup of the home is that of a traditional Trinity, with one room per floor. The only thing it’s missing to make it a true Trinity is the winding staircase.
