Welcome back to Pricespotter, Curbed’s guessing game! Yesterday, we asked readers to consider the price tag on an adorable two-story home in Fitler Square. How much does a nearly tiny 568-square-foot home go for these days?
For its small stature, we noted that the home does manage to smartly incorporate a good amount of storage, with lots of kitchen cabinetry and some built-ins. And how would the home’s outdoor space factor into the price?
Readers weighed in, and turns outs that perhaps the price tag is a tad too high. The majority, 38 percent, of voters guessed an asking price of $324,000.
The actual price tag? $349,000.
If it helps, the home last listed in 2013 for $324,000. A few upgrades and just time in general can add a few thousand to the home in no time.
Thanks for playing along and stay tuned for another chance to play Pricespotter!
