It has epic skyline views from the roof deck

After undergoing a top-to-bottom renovation, this Graduate Hospital home is back on the market looking as pretty as a Pottery Barn catalogue for nearly double the price it sold for in 2010.

The home at 1908 Kater Street sold for $380,000 seven years ago as a three-bedroom, one-bath property. Today, there’s an additional full bathroom and everything from the kitchen to the back patio has been transformed.

The home’s new cozy look can first be experienced in the living room, which now has a brick fireplace that looks like it’s original to the home (it’s not). The next room over is the massive, renovated kitchen, which features big French doors that open to the landscaped back patio. (The roof deck, with its skyline views, is just as impressive.)

The three bedrooms are located on the second and third floors, with the new master suite taking up the entire top level. Here, the master bathroom is really impressive, with an oversized soaking tub. A walk-in shower hides behind the tub via a wood-paneled partition.

After all of the changes and upgrades, this home is now on the market for $639,000. If you want to see it in person, there are three open houses this weekend on Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
