Yet another condo in the historic White Building in Washington Square West has joined the market, this time offering a more unusual layout coupled with some funky finishes.

The two-bedroom, two-bath condo is unit 302, and like all of the other units in this building the big wow factors are the soaring brick-barrel ceilings and tall arched windows. But this 1,550-square-foot space adds some flair throughout, from a floating staircase made from repurposed barn beams to the accent wall in the master bedroom.

Speaking of bedrooms, the master is located on the first floor and has its own full bathroom. Across the large living space is a walk-in closet. Meanwhile, the second bedroom is a tiny lofted space that’s currently used as an office.

The asking price is $829,900 with $650 monthly HOA fees. For reference, a slightly bigger penthouse unit in the same building is also on the market for $944,900.

There’s an open house on Tuesday, July 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
