Ever wondered what it’d be like to live in the sky? For many, the penthouse life may seem like something that only the 1 percent can afford to experience. But that’s not always the case, and these five penthouses are proof. While some penthouse condos certainly require seven figures, there are other options when you don’t feel the need to buy the entire floor of a building.

From the only bi-level condo at One Riverside to a blockbuster listing overlooking Rittenhouse Square, here are five beautiful penthouses for sale in Philadelphia.

210-20 S. 25th Street, PH 2: $7,000,000

At One Riverside, the only bi-level condo available also happens to take up the top two floors of the 22-story tower. Not only does that mean nearly 360-degree views, but there are four balconies and terraces to enjoy them from. Construction on the 4,409-square-foot, four-bedroom, four and a half bath unit was just recently completed.

130 S. 18th Street #3202: $15,000,000

This penthouse in the 33-story 10 Rittenhouse condominium tower shocked and awed when it first hit the market in October 2017 for $15 million, making it the second most expensive home for sale in Philly. It is a massive condo that takes up more than 9,000 square feet of space, with two terraces. Only catch: It’s not exactly move-in ready.

220 W. Rittenhouse Square, PH: $2,750,000

This penthouse residence at 220 W. Rittenhouse Square takes up the entire top floor of the building. That means 360-degree views of Philly from the home’s wrap-around terrace. There are three bedrooms and three and a half baths, plus a green house with even more big views. Along with the multi-million dollar asking price, condo fees come out to $3,407 a month.

2101 Market Street, #3401: $679,000

This is a penthouse on the 34th floor of the Murano building in Rittenhouse, and the only residence that doesn’t come with a $1M-plus price tag. This price point buys a one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo that clocks in at 1,126 square feet. While it may not have the wide terraces like others on this list, it does have its own covered balcony that faces north. Along with the $679,000 asking, there are $775 monthly HOA dues.

The Ayer Condominium Penthouse: $3,700,000

Take a look at the priciest penthouse on this list, a 4,588-square-foot condo in the Ayer in Society Hill. Designed by Michael Ryan Architects, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath unit has south-, west-, and east-facing windows, so expect the home to be flooded in light. There are also two private terraces, plus access to a two-car garage. Monthly fees are $4,905.
