A chic, custom-designed penthouse condo in a Northern Liberties development designed by Erdy McHenry has hit the market for $519,000.

The penthouse no doubt has the designer’s touch: The seller is an interior designer who has outfitted the space with architectural elements like walls made out of corrugated steel walls and reclaimed wood.

There are also some details that may go unnoticed, like the addition of sound-reducing Quiet Rock to the walls. And while there are multiple units in the seven-story building, the penthouse is separated via a concrete floor, so expect little noise from neighbors.

With two bedrooms and two full baths, the 1,562-square-foot home hasn’t been lived in too much. As the listing states, the owner only used the home when in town.

In addition to the $519,000 asking price, there are $630 monthly condo fees.
