A stately brick home on the corner of one of the most beautiful streets in Philly has hit the market to the tune of $2,500,000.

The home at 200 Delancey Street sits on the corner, with views of both IM Pei’s Society Hill Towers to the east and Headhouse Square to the south. The stunner was built in 1780, but has undergone a number of updates and renovations over its long history.

It’s a massive property, clocking in at 3,935 square feet. That includes four bedrooms that each come with their own full bathroom and a dreamy, 11- by 18-foot backyard with a pergola and a small shed. The master suite itself is a bi-level and has its own wet bar.

Inside, there are touches of old-world elegance throughout, from the winding staircase at the entrance to the French doors that open up to a Juliet balcony in the loft. For a clearer picture of home’s floor plan, here’s an interactive tour.
