Another one of Delancey Street’s stately homes has come to the market, asking $1,450,000 for a townhouse with multiple outdoor spaces and upgraded interiors.
The home at 2129 Delancey Street dates back to 1850, but it has undergone a number of improvements over the course of its long history on one of the most stately blocks in the city.

Today, the 2,500-square-foot home includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including the master suite that takes up the second floor. The first floor, meanwhile, immediately impresses with its built-in bookcases in the living area and the wall of storage in the large dining room.
Throughout the home there are other cozy nooks, including a spot in the kitchen with a built-in bench. There’s also a small, but nice, den on the same floor as the master suite.
One of the biggest perks, though, may be the home’s two outdoor spaces. The backyard features built-in planters and a brick patio, while the upper deck offers views of the surrounding neighborhood.
