Welcome back to Pricespotter, Curbed’s guessing game! This week we’re taking a look at a bi-level condo in Fitler Square. Can you guess the asking price? And remember: No cheating!

What/Where: A one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo in Fitler Square

Square footage: 871 square feet

When one thinks of Fitler Square, side streets lined with charming rowhomes likely comes to mind. But scattered throughout the neighborhood by the Schuylkill River are some condos carved out of stately brownstones and rowhomes, like this bi-level unit.

The 871-square-foot condo comes with a lot of character. The living room is pretty spacious, with tall ceilings and windows, a wood-burning fireplace, built-ins, and hardwood floors. And while the galley kitchen is a tad tight, the counter does double as a eat-in bar. The kitchen also leads to a private outdoor deck.

The carpeted one bedroom and one full bathroom take up the entire second floor of the condo. But there’s one extra room a step down from the kitchen that features another set of built-ins, making for a nice office or den.

Think you can guess the asking price? Take a tour, then take our poll!
