A recently updated one-bedroom condo at Pier 3 by Penn’s Landing has come to the market, asking $245,000 for the sunny loft-style unit.

The condo association has spent the past few years making capital improvements to Pier 3 and the individual units, and this particular 800-square-foot condo shows particularly well, says listing agent John Hirniak.

The one-bedroom, one and a half bath loft is an atrium-facing unit, which still provides the space with plenty of natural light. The main living area makes the most of this, with its vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open up to a private, atrium-facing balcony. There’s also a gas fireplace in the living room.

The spiral staircase leads to the unit’s one bedroom and full bathroom, where there’s also access to another balcony.

There’s a lot of community spaces in the condo that let tenants get close up to the Delaware River, too, from the indoor heated pool and sun deck to the fitness gym.

The new owner of this condo will also have nearly immediate access to the future 11-acre park poised for Penn’s Landing and I-95.

In addition to the $245,000 price tag, monthly condo fees come out to $498.
