Welcome back to Pricespotter, Curbed’s guessing game! Yesterday, we asked readers to guess the asking price of a bi-level condo in Fitler Square. What does a one-bedroom condo with outdoor space go for these days?
The responses and poll results rolled in: $375,000 and $410,000 each received 28 percent of guesses. But the majority of readers—34 percent—actually guessed the correct asking price $399,900.
Congrats! That asking price comes out to $459 per square foot, and does not include the $163 monthly HOA fees that come with the condo.
Let’s have another look at the sunny home, which is located in a brownstone at 2310 Spruce Street.
