How much for a condo right by the Rail Park?

Try to guess the asking price

Can you guess the asking price of this Callowhill condo?
via Redfin

Welcome back to Pricespotter, Curbed’s guessing game! This week we’re taking a look at a bi-level condo in Callowhill. Can you guess the asking price? And remember: No cheating!

What/Where: A one-bedroom condo in Callowhill, close to the future Rail Park

Square footage: 730 square feet

For this week’s Pricespotter, consider this 730-square-foot condo in Callowhill (or, as the listing calls it, the Loft District). Although it’s just a one-bedroom, one-bath unit, it looks pretty spacious thanks to the 12-foot ceilings and large factory-style windows throughout.

The unit could be considered a loft, since the one bedroom is located up a short set of stairs. Here, there’s a Juliet balcony, a bathroom with in-unit laundry, and plenty of built-ins, so storage shouldn’t be an issue.

But perhaps the biggest factors in this condo’s asking price is its location. While we won’t divulge its exact location, it’s definitely close to the future Rail Park and in Callowhill, which has been called Philly’s next fast-emerging neighborhood.

Factoring all of this in, can you guess the asking price (not including HOA fees)? Take a tour, then take our poll!
