Welcome back to Pricespotter, Curbed’s guessing game! Today, we're looking at a bi-level condo in Old City. Can you guess the asking price? And remember: No cheating!

What/Where: A one-bedroom, one-bath condo in Old City

Square Footage: 980 square feet

For this week’s Pricespotter, we’re taking a trip to Old City, down a cobblestone street where this bi-level condo is located. The unit recently got a fresh paint job and has new hardwood floors, and it boasts a new bathroom and in-unit laundry on the first floor, too. Up the spiral staircase (you might need extra hands to get all of your furniture up there) is a sunny bedroom.

For 980 square feet, it seems like a pretty spacious space, thanks to the loft setup and tall ceilings. Per the listing, the unit also comes with parking.

Think you can guess the price tag (not including HOA fees)? Take a tour, then take our poll! We’ll reveal the answer tomorrow.
