Port Richmond—Up in Port Richmond, this 1,060-square-foot rowhome is up for grabs for exactly $1,300 a month. That rents a two-bedroom, two-bath house with hardwood floors, big rooms, and an updated kitchen. There’s also a tiny back patio and a front porch. Pets welcome for an added cost.

West Kensington—Just southwest of the Port Richmond house is this large loft available in October. It has one bedroom and one and a half baths, tall ceilings, cement floors, and in-unit laundry. The apartment also comes with a parking spot in the garage. No car? The Berks Station on the El is nearby. No word on pets.

Cecil B. Moore—Just north of Francisville near Girard College is this just renovated, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. There are some nice details like new hardwood floors and French doors, as well as in-unit laundry. Got pets? You’ll have to look elsewhere, since they’re not allowed here.
