Welcome back to Pricespotter! Yesterday, we asked Curbed readers to guess the asking price of this sunny, bi-level condo in Old City. What does a one-bedroom, one-bath condo with parking in this historic neighborhood go for these days?
Less than one might think, according to readers’ responses. The majority of responses guessed a price tag of $250,000 for the 908-square-foot condo, garnering 41 percent of the vote. Another 36 percent aimed slightly lower, guessing $235,000.
Turns out that this bi-level condo is on the market for much less: $204,000. Only a dozen or so folks guessed the right asking price!
In fact, this condo at 244-48 N. 3rd Street recently underwent a slight pricechop from its original asking price of $209,500.
Thanks for playing along and stay tuned for another chance at Pricespotter!
