This Northern Liberties home has just listed for the first time in three decades, after undergoing multiple renovations by the same owners throughout the years.

Last purchased in 1983, the home at 949 N. 5th Street is a three-story Victorian rowhome, clocking in at an impressive 3,690 square feet. Today, it features three bedrooms and two and a half baths.

From the street, the home stands out thanks to its storefront bay window. Inside, the walls are awash in white, but warmed up by the home’s original and restored wide plank floors throughout.

Over the years, owner Deborah Solo, who is also the listing agent for the property, has renovated the property. The upgraded kitchen features finishes like concrete countertops with built in drain board and a reclaimed wood breakfast bar. The house is also flooded with light, with multiple skylights throughout, including in the winding stairwell.

The last renovation updated all of the home’s mechanical systems, and the roof and windows were replaced in recent years, too.

Finally, the home’s lot size is worth a shout-out: It measures 20 by 140 feet and there’s also a 70-foot-long backyard.

The asking price of the home is $749,000.
