The brick home at 6 Loxley Court predates the American Revolutionary War and was built in 1742. It’s part of a tiny community of homes that were built after a man named Ben Loxley purchased the land in 1741. Loxley’s own home at 2 Loxley Court was the first to be built and recently sold for $590,000.

This property fits three bedrooms, two full baths, and two fireplaces into 1,446 square feet. The updated kitchen is on the home’s lower level, while the master suite takes up the entire third floor.

Its location in Loxley Court means that there’s also access to the gated courtyard. The community itself is surrounded by taller buildings on all sides, so there’s definitely a sense of seclusion and privacy despite being in the heart of Old City.
