Still, there’s plenty of built-in storage (like two closets in the bedroom), and the 17th-floor views from the private balcony look over the Kimmel Center.

Washington Square West (2 beds, 1 bath)—Here’s a rental that packs in a lot of character and charm into a Trinity on the idyllic Iseminger Street.
