Amid Fishtown’s meteoric rise in recent years, plenty of new builds with big price tags have come to the market, making the neighborhood seem increasingly out of reach for potential homebuyers. But never fear, because this home has just listed and could be just right for the first-time homebuyer looking to still get in on the Fishtown buzz.

At 720 square feet, it is definitely not one of the biggest homes on the block. It is, however, located on a certified Green Block, with a majority of homes recently rehabbed along this quiet side street.

Within that square footage there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first floro features a typical Philly rowhome layout, with the spacious kitchen in the back leading to a small patio. (The future owner may need to invest in a dishwasher and AC, too.)

The asking price of the property is $220,000.
