An extra-large Bella Vista townhouse that’s big on space and style has hit the market for just under $1 million.

The $969,000 price tag buys a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 606 Fitzwater Street, which clocks in at an impressive 2,620 square feet. The home itself is extra large, measuring 18-feet-wide.

Along with a lot of space, the home’s aesthetic is rustic chic both inside and out. The front door is made of redwood, reclaimed from a water tower in New York City. Inside, there are hardwood floors throughout, and delightful corner nooks, including a large window seat right next to the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen, too, is big on style and function—it was designed by a chef, according to the listing.

All of the bedrooms are on the upper levels, with each bathroom complete with different finishes and styles. The master bathroom, for example, features radiant-heated Travertine tile floor while another bathroom features subway tiles with black and white detailing.

Take a tour of the big Bella Vista abode below. If you want to see it in person, there are four open houses on January 13, 14, 27, and 28 from 1 to 4 p.m.
