We can’t quite put our finger on why this South Philly home is just so delightful, but its location may have something to do with it: The home in Marconi Park East basically has the stadiums in its backyard, something that sounds all the more appealing with the Eagles on their way to the Super Bowl.

The home at 2721 S. Darien Street is within walking distance to the Stadium District and sits among a row of homes in the mostly residential neighborhood. It’s a quaint 960 square feet, but features extra living space thanks to a closed-in sunroom in the front and a finished basement. There are three bedrooms (two big, one small) and one full bathroom on the second floor, as well.

Overall it’s just right, with lots of natural light and an updated kitchen, windows, and central air. You might even be able to hear the cheers from the stadiums while hanging out in the home’s double-tiered deck out back.

The asking price of this home is $195,000.
