Rittenhouse (0 beds, 1 bath)—It’s possible to live just a block off Rittenhouse Square at this price point, if you’re willing to give up some serious square footage. This efficiency studio clocks in at just 370 square feet, but manages to squeeze in a dishwasher and a recently updated bathroom.
